You�ll begin your Synerfac career as Recruiter. In this entry level position, you�ll be responsible for filling open job requirements by matching qualified job seekers with area employers.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Utilize resume databases (Monster, CareerBuilder & LinkedIn) to identify potential candidates.

Contact candidates using phone and e-mail to present job opportunities.

Determine if candidates meet the eligibility and suitability requirements of the job opportunity.

Present qualified candidates to our clients for temporary or permanent hire positions.

Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.

Finalize placements and confirm start dates.

Your work as a Recruiter will serve as a stepping stone in your career at Synerfac. Successful Recruiters will be eligible for promotion into sales. As a Sales Representative, you will responsible for securing qualified job requirements from area businesses.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Identify new prospects and increase business with existing clients.

Write qualified job requirements.

Negotiate pricing and payment terms.

Prioritize daily recruiting efforts.

Training:

Absolutely! Our approach blends formal training with real-time on-ongoing coaching.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Possesses strong written and oral English communication skills.

Sales, Entrepreneurial or Customer Service work experience (Preferred).

Leadership role for an athletic team or college organization (Preferred).

Compensation:

Base Salary and commission

Paid Time Off (Holiday, Vacation, Sick and Personnel Days)
