TAX MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the preparation federal/state partnerships returns

Assist with providing guidance to client on partnership profit allocations for tax purposes

Assist in performing tax research, partnership work papers, allocations and tax returns

Help analyze tax ramifications of complex securities transaction

Train and mentor junior staff

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS
BS Degree in Accounting/Finance

CPA is HIGHLY DESIRED--equivalent exp will be considered

5+ years of public accounting experience, preferably with a focus on tax compliance and research

Ability to train and/or mentor junior staff

Have the ability to prepare complex income tax returns including Corporate, S-Corp., partnership, and individual clients by collecting, analyzing and formatting financial information

Able to conduct reviews of federal, state, local and special tax returns as well as plan, execute, direct, and complete tax projects in a wide variety of industries.

Excellent communication skills

Experience interacting with clients
