•Maintain all aspects of the recruiting process including:
oSource, screen and recruit passive and active candidates (Boolean and database searches)
oManage client (applicants, hiring managers) relations through frequent written and oral communications

oProctor assessments
oDocumentation with daily notes in ATS and weekly reporting/metrics tracking
•Identify, analyze issues and provide integrated, effective solutions that meet business needs
•Demonstrated ability to handle and protect highly confidential information
•Proven ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple projects with excellent follow-through
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships with all levels in the organization
•Strong capacity to attend to detail and highly organized
•Proficient computer (MS Office) skills are required
•Thinking “outside of the box”

Job Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
•3-5 years of recruiting experience
•Previous experience in executing projects from inception through implementation
•Manufacturing experience is highly preferred
•Prior vendor management experience
