SHIPPING / RECEIVING CLERK
LORTON, VA

Job Description:

- Verify records of shipments / received items
- Prepare items for shipment
- Examine incoming/outgoing shipments and make sure they conform with specifications
- Ensure posting of outbound deliveries
- Report and replace any defective item prior to packing
- Make sure that items are loaded onto shipment vehicle in a safe and timely manner

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

- Previous shipping / receiving experience (preferably warehouse experience in electronics)
- Basic knowledge / experience with Excel
- Ability to receive and stock shipments
- Records maintenance skills
- Good written and oral skills
- Strong computer and math skills
- Very organized
- Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel
- Able to pack pallets
