Job Description

The job holder will fulfill the following professional tasks:

•Establish and develop a strong working relationship with customer. You will represent our company in the field.
•Provide technical support and training at customer site during startup of new hot runner systems, conventional and cube molds.
•Perform service activities such as rework, modifications, repairs and installation of molds and hot runner systems.
•Preparation and coordination of service calls to include preparing technical data and selecting necessary spare parts, subassemblies and tools.
•Test and evaluate new and modified molds. This includes giving input to improve the mold's performance and ability to produce quality parts.
•Monitor tooling conditions and notifying when mold is unable to produce quality parts or preventative maintenance is required.
•Comply with all safety procedures and policies established.
•Follow up of Customer Visit with a Service Report and communication with the Project Management.
•Assemble, service, troubleshoot and repair, hot runner systems and molds

  Job Requirements  

�3+ Years•experience servicing Plastic Injection Systems and Molds.
•Skilled Mold Maker in the Plastics Industry a plus.
•Ability to identify potential safety hazards.
•Proficient in Blue Print Reading.
•Possess strong Basic Math skills: adding, subtracting and measuring metric and standard.
•Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written format.
•Ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment.

•Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
•Possesses a valid Passport and the ability to travel overseas for training or Customer Visits.


•High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
•Journeyman Certification a plus.
•Degree in Plastics Engineering a plus
