Position Overview
Oversee the daily activities of the Service Department.

Essential Job Functions
•Ensure proper routing and job assignments for all technicians.
•Work in concert with dispatch department.
•Review all service tickets to make sure technicians have proper tools/parts for job.
•Daily parts requisition tracking.
•Provide technical assistance to service staff.
•Provide technical assistance to customers as needed.
•Closely monitor the service scheduler to ensure technicians are running on time.
•Make customer site visits as necessary for troubleshooting purposes.
•Approve time off and/or vacation requests.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements
•Two years of industry management experience with a proven track record of running a diverse service department.
•Five years hands-on industry experience as service technician.
•Proficiency in multitasking and excellent organizational skills.
•Excellent customer service skills both in person and on the telephone.
•Proficient conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
•Will possess expert electronic knowledge, wiring and programming.
•Knowledge of Sedona, Manitou and Microsoft Applications preferred.

Physical Demands of Position
Travel 50% of time to customer locations.
May require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
