Description:
Global leader in consulting, engineering, and technical services has immediate need for a Senior Civil Project Engineer to operate out of its Lower Bucks County office. Projects may include coastal and marine facilities, alternative and renewable energy facilities, dams, solid waste, industrial, and military facilities.

The successful candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team of engineers on complex projects. These projects involve structural and/or civil design work with environmental, geotechnical, and other disciplines. This opportunity is ideal for self-motivated Professional Engineers who have an inquisitive mind, solid technical background, and a strong desire to apply principles of engineering to unique and complex technical projects across multiple disciplines.

  Job Requirements  

Essential Experience Includes:
•BS in Civil, Geotechnical, or Structural Engineering from ABET accredited institution is a must (Master's Degree is preferred)
•10-15 years progressive professional experience
•Registration as a Professional Engineer is required
•40 hour Hazwoper training
•Proficient in using AutoCAD design software
•Demonstrated use of Engineering Analytical software
•Must be able to travel to project sites up to 25 percent of the time.

Preferred Experience Includes:
•Design and construction in the following areas: industrial buildings and foundations, tower foundations, marine structures, process plant facility design, earth retaining structures, deep and shallow foundations, foundation underpinning, dewatering, civil drainage and grading, stormwater facilities, geotechnical investigation, soil and groundwater remediation systems, and renewable energy projects
•Ability to apply engineering principles to novel and challenging projects
•Experience in managing multi-disciplinary design involving structural, environmental, civil aspects
•Forensic evaluation and remedial design experience
•Participation in professional organizations and publications highly encouraged
