Job Title: Sales Coordinator-Project Manager

Job Summary:
The Commercial Support Coordinator is a member of the client team with a broad exposure to and interaction with customers as well as all internal departments. The CSC provides assigned account manager(s) with onsite administrative assistance and project coordination, including data entry to company specific •system. The SCS works to ensure client satisfaction and superior follow-up actions through seamless communication and work flow between all contacts.

Essential Responsibilities and Functions:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned account executives(s), internal departments and assigned account contacts
• Service a portfolio of accounts, tailoring appropriate strategies in partnership with the account executive(s) to best meet customer needs while adhering to company systems and processes
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle and internal processes and adhere to company processes and guidelines
• Act as the key point of contact for all information flowing into or out of the organization (i.e.: sample information, deadlines, regulatory documentation, client feedback etc.)
• Learn customer preferences, anticipate customer needs, work proactively, and manage client expectations
• Effectively interpret client inquiries, process client all requests (regulatory requests, sample requests, quotes, projects, technical questions, complaints, etc.) into the company's specific •system
• Develop and manage project time lines maintaining constant contact with all internal departments thorough the project lifecycle.
• Follow up with internal departments to ensure deadlines are met and processes are adhered to
• Manage the receipt, organization and distribution of client samples, targets, and bases
• Communicate tracking and pricing information for all sample and project material shipments
• Work with sales to manage project status and record client feedback on all active projects
• Act as the sales liaison among all internal department (Evaluation, Marketing, Regulatory, and Technical)
• Maintain accurate and up to date client records within the company's specific •system.
• Create sales reports and spreadsheets as required to help account executive(s) analyze business
• Provide assistance to Customer Service with complex client situations as required (Complaints, etc.)
• Assist sales in scheduling, planning and preparation for client meetings (making travel arrangements, preparing presentation, marketing and collateral materials, ordering meals, etc.)
• Assist with the organization and shipping of samples and presentation materials when required
• Attend client meetings as requested
• Participate in panel testing, training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes.
• Assist Account Executive(s) in documenting calls to ensure timely and proper communication of account visits.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a related industry in a sales, customer service, or project management environment

• Strong Computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Flexible travel, if required
