Synerfac is searching for an entry level recruiting professional to join our growing team. This person will work closely with senior team members to 'learn the ropes' of our business through our corporate training program. In this role, you will learn our business through a high volume of calling upon prospective candidates, and you will get exposure to high level decision makers at leading companies throughout Raleigh and the surrounding area. Responsibilities:

Contact job seekers using phone and e-mail to present job opportunities.

Utilize various resume databases to create effective candidate searches.

Present job opportunities and complete candidate qualification form while speaking with a job seeker

Determine if candidates meet the eligibility and suitability requirements of the job opportunity.

Provide completed candidate qualification form and current resume to manager or senior recruiter for review.

Request and update resume in SmartSearch when necessary.

Identify and share �Sales Leads•with Branch Manager and/or sales staff.

Complete �Reference Check•form for candidates selected to interview.

  Job Requirements  

Requirements:

A minimum of one year of customer service or relevant professional working experience

Bachelor's degree

Outgoing personality

Above average communication skills

Strong customer centric attitude

A roll up your sleeves & do what it takes to get it done attitude
