Job Description

QA ADMINISTRATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain compliance of all departments by handling / filing training documentation and making entries into training matrix spreadsheet

Organize and prepare documentation and Power Point presentations.

Prepare and coordinate SOPs and specifications for review.

Oversee ATD initiation and completion process.

Perform archival of documents and related entries in spreadsheet.

Assist in other projects as directed by QA.

Perform filing, typing and various other office functions.

Manage/order office supplies.

Log complaint notifications.

Send documents to customers.

Provide front desk support as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalency.

2+ years experience in an administrative support in a manufacturing environment preferred

Able to apply and follow SOPs including those in written, oral, or diagram form.

Able to organize and maintain working and archived files.

Able to type and use all forms of office equipment (ie: printers, copiers, fax)

Able to work independently and in groups.

Excellent communication skills

Possess experience using computers and MS office applications.

Able to apply and carry out instructions including those in written, oral, or diagram form.

Able to organize and maintain working and archived files.

Able to work independently and maintain order.

Able to multitask and prioritize.
