Job Description:

-Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions operations. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools.
-Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies.
-May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application.
-Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants.

  Job Requirements  


Demonstrable experience of minimum 5 years of total work experience in IT having at-least 3 years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst. The candidate should be very well versed in SQL skills. Works closely with Information Technology staff, business, FLUs through the phases of design, coding and implementation of application and infrastructure changes/enhancements providing clarifications and guidance as necessary. Maintains effective ongoing communications with the business and IT community

Required Skills:

-Leads and manages requirements gathering and analysis activities by working with stakeholders, developers, designers, QA analysts and internal/external customers and capturing epics and stories in JIRA tool.
-Elicits, captures, analyzes, refines, articulates and documents business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and software documentation via approved processes.
-Manages requirement changes throughout the EPIC lifecycle.
-Data ETL knowledge, Tableau experience a plus
-Mid-level SQL skills, they need to be able to dive into the data lake and identify issues.
-Balances business requirements with technical feasibility and sustainability.
-Synthesizes complex information into concise, readable, unambiguous language.
-Assists with product backlog maintenance and grooming.
-Collaborates closely with product owner, Development and QA Teams.
-Establishes and maintains agreements between team members on requirements.
-Participates in Agile cadence such as Scrum standup meetings, backlog grooming sessions, review and retrospective meetings.
-Ensures that appropriate project documentation is produced throughout the project lifecycle.
-Some prior software development experience is a huge plus
-Experience training and mentoring others
-Experience working across business and IT stakeholders delivering projects
-Ability to work and communicate effectively with program management
-Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
-Knowledge of Banking or finance
-Strong communication, problem-solving skill
-Good written and verbal communication skills
