Part Time Production Administrative Assistant

Our client is a unique, precision, fast paced durable metal manufacturer that has served the Telecommunications, Technology, Medical and Food industries for over 40 years. This well maintained and safe facility has state of the art equipment with some automation and robotics on the Production floor. There is a current opening for a dependable individual interested in part time administrative work in a production environment. The company is a Tobacco Free Facility and Property. Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
-Computer skills, knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, etc.
-1-3 years previous experience and familiarity with production environment, customer service and/or accounting experience
-Ability to manipulate spreadsheet information
-Detail orientation
-Keyboard and calculator skills
-Follow and retain verbal and written instructions
-Work well independently and on a team
-Take initiative and pride in completing work duties
-Able to stand, sit, bend, reach, squat, push and pull; dexterity and tactical skills needed.
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Prefer candidates live in Columbus or surrounding areas.

Job Duties:
-Support Production team with accurate data entry by manipulating information in spreadsheets and business software to accurately reflect production, sales and accounting information.
-Special projects as assigned.
-Other duties as assigned.
