Job Description

Maintenance Technicians:

Our client is currently seeking to hire for multiple maintenance positions in Cleveland, OH. These positions will all involve about 5 to 6 weeks of cutting edge training (paid) prior to starting work at the actual facility. This is due to the state of the facility being currently under construction; it is a brand new distribution facility. All interested candidates MUST be open to any shift in order to interview, you will be assigned a specific one if offered a job (you can tell them your preference but must be open). Basic Position Info:

All positions are on a contract to hire basis (100 days). Following this contract period our client seeks to bring individuals on board permanently assuming performance is appropriate.

Training will involve travel (paid) so all interested candidates must be open to traveling during the first 5 to 6 weeks.

Material Handling Equipment Technicians:

Responsibilities – The MHE Technicians are responsible for the regular PMs and Troubleshooting Maintenance of all material handling equipment throughout the facility as well as the facility itself. Ideal candidates will have experience performing some sort of handyman/maintenance work within industrial, commercial or residential environments (industrial preferred and required for Level 3).
•Level 1 - $17.00/hr (requires some handyman experience)
•Level 2 – 22.50/hr (requires some industrial handyman experience)
•Level 3 - $24.50/hr (requires extensive industrial maintenance experience and conveyor experience)
oLevel 3 Technicians will also be in charge of managing and training lower level techs.

Control Systems Technicians:

Responsibilities – The Control Technicians will be responsible for performing PM and troubleshooting maintenance on control systems throughout the facility. The lead position will also be responsible for some programming functions as well.
•Technician – $29.00 (Requires some Industrial Controls Maintenance Experience)
•Lead - $37.00 (Requires extensive Industrial Controls Maintenance Experience as well as Programming Experience)

Maintenance Planner:

Responsibilities – Responsible for managing all maintenance related task allocation throughout the facility. This position will also ensure that appropriate work orders are put in at the correct time and that technicians are properly allocated

Level 1 - $24.50 (Requires some hands on maintenance experience as well as planning experience)
