Job Description

Our Client out of Boca Raton is looking to fill a position as a filing clerk. Qualified candidates will have experience with the Excel, basic administration duties, filing, and data entry experience using multiple spread sheets.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Responsible for creating general shipping documents for both domestic and international shipments
•Handling correspondence with Freight Forwarders
•Producing Invoice and other appropriate shipping documentation requested from Shipping Department.
•Assisting the Documenting Office team in daily matters
•Verifying the inputs from the Internal Supplier and the outputs before delivering to the Internal Customer

•Maintains all vendor files in order
•Assists with making copies of trade transactions requested by our external auditors
•Responsible to maintain the immediate work area, top files, drawers & desk organized and neat

  Job Requirements  

Required Experience:
•Computing skills, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Programs including Excel
•Accuracy and efficiency when completing data entry tasks
•Analytical and problem-solving skills
•Effective organizational and prioritization skills
•Effective verbal and listening communications skills
•Attention to detail and an eye for a high level of accuracy
