Work for a growing Northern New Jersey area high-tech manufacturing company

Summary - Inventory Parts Clerk
Job Duties:

-Create & Review purchase orders for tools & services
-Order & keep track of equipment/tools
-Set up tooling Review paperwork for tool list and tool purchases
-Control parts inventory in MRP system
-Sorting & Packing for outside services Inspect incoming materials and tooling.
-Material Handling
-Inventory Control
-Use of office equipment & Microsoft office software.
-Scan material and Services certs.
-Manage tooling budget
-Organize & 5S tool crib , loading dock
-Organize & maintain inventory of bench stock of screws and consumable items.
-Receiving purchased goods & services accurately & timely into ERP system.
-Data entry /Excel
-Ability to learn to drive forklift

Job Requirements

Requirements:
-Work Full time/OT available
-Able to work in a very fast paced environment
-Must be flexible with job duties.
-Excellent telephone & communication Skills
-Excellent supervisory / people skills
-Excellent Computer skills - familiarity with ERP/MRP data entry systems, Excel /MSWORD EMAIL
-Mechanically inclined
-Able to lift to 50 pounds
-Comfortable working in a Shop environment
