Job description
Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
•Demonstrates electronic technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas listed above that allows Sales Associate to give effective presentation of all company products.
•Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
•Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.
•Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
•Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.

Engineering Projects
•Forwards customer design inquiries to Engineering Department
•Ensures Engineering input is received on a timely basis
•Keeps customer and sales reps informed on project progress
•Maintains comments in Engineering log

Customer Service
•Responds to customers and field sales rep inquiries, quote requests, and open quotations
•Forwards post-order customer service inquiries to appropriate customer service personnel
•Follows up with customers who have not placed orders for a period of time

Responsibilities
•Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
•Understand customer needs and requirements
•Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
•Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
•Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
•Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
•Perform effective online demos to prospects
•Document all the Projects planning

  Job Requirements  

Minimum Qualifications
•AA or BA Degree
•1+ years of manufacturing inside sales experience
•Excellent telephone and organizational skills
•Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
