Work directly for a Central New Jersey (Middlesex County) area company has been providing innovative, high-quality fragrances to manufacturers.

Inside Sales Associate:

Job Summary:
Manage all assigned accounts by sustaining existing business and driving new sales. Develop and execute strategies for high potential clients. Work with the internal team to expand customer base and exceed business goals. Process all assigned customer requests guaranteeing client satisfaction and superior follow-up actions. Ensure that each customer is given exceptional service and assistance in answering their questions and inquiries.

Essential Responsibilities and Functions:
•Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned account contacts
•Provide customers with general and specific company, service, and product information
•Act as the key point of contact on assigned accounts
•Interpret client inquiries, process client all requests (regulatory requests, sample requests, quotes, projects, technical questions, complaints, etc.) into custom company database.
•Coordinate with evaluation department, marketing department, regulatory department, and technical team to effectively meet the client's needs
•Learn customer preferences, anticipate customer needs, work proactively, and manage client expectations
•Drive new sales and maintain existing sales for all new and existing assigned accounts
•Develop new accounts through the internal lead process, aligned with Director of Internal Sales & Customer Development.
•Manage project status and obtain client feedback on all active projects
•Maintain accurate and up to date client records within the custom company database.
•Schedule and attend client meetings at key accounts as needed
•Update account forecasts and sales targets on a quarterly basis
•Continuously update management on account developments
•Contribute to the ISU team through information sharing during team discussions
•Work together with manager to determine essential strategic approaches to drive sales
•Participate in panel testing, training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes.

  Job Requirements  

Minimum Qualifications:

•Bachelor's Degree
•Minimum of 2 years•experience in an industry related sales environment
