A national-leading analytical science company is seeking a General Manager for their laboratory in the Daytona Beach, Florida area!! This individual will oversee all aspects of lab operations as well as direct all sales operations, client services, and overseeing laboratory quality functions. This person will be responsible for devleoping the annual budget, creating and implementing sales and marketing plans, maintaining operational consistency and developing/maintaining laboratory client business. Working with everyone on the team is a huge part of this position as this person will be closely invovled with the Operations Manager and Department Supervisors for their lab here in Daytona Beach. Job Requirements


Six or more years of Laboratory Supervisory/Management experience

Ten or more years in a Supervisory or Lead Technician role in an Analytical Laboratory

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Science (Chemistry, Biology, or other related field)

Advanced Degree Strongly Preferred
