Job Description

•Responsible for purchasing parts for the maintenance department
•Identify and label equipment.
•Owner of the plant CMMS (computerized maintenance management software).
•Enter existing purchase orders where available; lead the development of new purchase orders working closely with maintenance technicians and equipment suppliers.
•Develop and collaborate with both Filling and Blow Mold departments referencing the manufactures recommendations on the purchase order frequency.
•Develop and implement work order process.
•Catalog, and organize all maintenance spare parts, implementing sign out procedures and setting min/max stock replenishment levels.
•Point of contact for all outside contractors.
•Ability to make suggestions and informed decisions quickly.

Job Requirements

•3 years of experience in manufacturing, mechanics, or related field
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work load
•Average computer skills, especially in Excel
•Ability to work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
•Strong communication skills at all levels
