Our client in Boca Raton is looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant who has experience in a fast paced office environment. Ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day responsibilities of executive business activities.

  Job Requirements  

Requirements:

•3+ years experience as an administrative assistant, office manager or receptionist.
•3+ years experience in the full range of administrative support to internal senior executives external high-level executives required.
•Major strengths in organization and detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills including proof reading, ability to effectively efficiently handle all aspects of personalized travel and events planning, calendaring, convening meetings, and assisting with preparation of presentations.
