Job Title: Equipment Testing and Servicing Technician
Position : Full time - Monday through Friday, 8:00 •5:00
Position Summary: Assembly/Service technician will assist in assembly and testing of Ultrasonic welding machines.

We manufacture and assemble in the U.S., Philippines and China and serve customers around the globe.   Job Requirements  

About the Equipment Testing/Service Technician:
At this time, we are looking to fill our Equipment Testing Technician role who will be specializing in the testing of high tech capital equipment for ultrasonic welding. Will be providing technical support to the Sales and Marketing team by performing necessary sample tests and providing feedback to potential customers. Occasional travel to a customer's site is needed to install or demonstrate an equipment. This will be a diverse role that requires the proper use of machine shop equipment, hand tools and test instruments.
Position Requirements:

•Knowledge of machine shop equipment and processes used in a manufacturing environment
•Must have strong troubleshooting skills to test and complete the task
•Experience with customer support to be able to provide technical information to customers when needed
•Must be willing to travel and perform installation at customer's site or demonstrate when needed
•Good written and oral communication skills
•Ability to read and understand CAD drawings
•Proficient with Microsoft office porducts
•Ability to prioritize, organize and complete tasks independently
•Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with staff
•High degree of personal initiative, ability to manage, prioritize and balance multiple tasks
•Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
•Resourceful, accurate and highly organized with an attention to detail
•Must be flexible, able to adjust schedule and pitch-in as needed

Education and Experience Requirements:
•Must have hands-on work experience in manufacturing environment
•High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
