3-5 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting
Preferably in the Environmental OR Construction industry

Will be responsible for new hire on boarding and orientation
An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to:

-Qualifying backgrounds
-Savvy Social Media presence
-Online Marketing
-Strong Networking
-Employment law
-Wage Laws
-Salary Trends
-Customer Service / Account Management
-Interpersonal Skills
-Team building
-Attention to detail
-Flexible schedule

  Job Requirements  

Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.

Able to have a flexible schedule and willingness to travel •Candidate will be responsible for visiting events including but not limited to:
-Career Fairs
-Trade Schools
-Trade School Events
-Networking events

Candidate should carry a strong presence over the phone, for client interaction, interviewing, and more
-They will be presented as the �face of the company•on several different occasions
Ability to build searches based on client engagement discussions and needs
Demonstrated ability to recruit from a wide variety of positions
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and the use of email
Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases
