Summary: Customer Service Supervisor

Customer Service Supervisor oversees and is responsible for the Customer Service Department and Billing Department ensuring that all company standards and procedures are met.

Job Duties:

-In charge of monitoring customer service/billing standards
-Resolve billing/customer service issues
-Review or make changes to customer accounts
-Accurately administers payroll functions (time off; vacation, etc.�)
-Reports all Customer Service issues to the Transportation Manager as necessary
-Responsible for training customer service/billing employees and evaluating their performance
-Responsible for making sure computer system is working properly and adapting to any changes within the department
-Performs other related duties as required and requested

  Job Requirements  

Requirements:

-Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours
-Must have a solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others
-Ability to communicate effectively verbally and via email
-Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadline, and manage changing priorities
-Ability to multitask and make fast and sound decisions in a fast pace environment
-Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
-Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics or supply chain and customer service.
-Self 'starter, strong communication skills both verbal and written.
