Customer Service Sales Manager:


Summary:
Direct, instruct, advise, schedule, and participate in a group engaged primarily in Customer Service & Sales activities. The position requires a high degree of business acumen, knowledge of organization policies, practices and procedures to effectively coordinate with all other departments.
Responsible for the effective operation of the Customer Service/Sales management functions in order to maintain complete customer satisfaction and positive standards of performance.

Required Skill Set:
•Operational Supervisory Experience (w/Customer Service Management Experience or Office Management)
-Able to effectively manage current staff of approximately 6 associates, promote positive employee relations, maintain adherence/implement policies & procedures.
•MRP Experience (Sales Pad, Great Plains or similar)
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
•Proficient Verbal & Written Skills
•Customer Service Professional
•Excellent Multi-tasking & Organizational Skills
•Goal Oriented and Solution-focused

Position Processes:
•Orders, Quotes, Evaluations, Shipping variety of processes
•Inside Sales
•Sales Rep/Distributor Support
•Operations (Manufacturing) Interface
•Repairs – Oversee as relates to Customer Service effectiveness

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 5 years Supervisory & Customer Service

Desirable Additional Experience/Knowledge/Background:
•Medical Field -understanding Medical Industry environment, hospital capital budgets, medical education/terminology/admin experience. (desirable: OR Manager or similar, Orthopedics specialty)
•General Accounting Practices
•Experience with Trade Shows (management of all Trade Show requirements, leads & sales follow up)
•Outside Sales
