Industry leading component distributor seeks an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join their growing team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a successful talent acquisition program for all open positions throughout the company; and will provide support to hiring managers, sourcing strategies, screening and selection and all pre-employment procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree (B.A.) from four year college or university; and at least 3 years related experience in corporate or agency recruiting environment

Experience working with hiring managers to gain in depth understanding of job specifications and success factors for departments

Write and update job descriptions and job postings; maintain database

Develop and implement sourcing strategies including job boards, networking events, and working with outside staffing agencies

Serve as primary contact for staffing agencies. Review and approve agency contracts and agreements, including temporary and direct hire agreements.
