Summary - Outside Sales Representative

Job Duty: Obtain new commercial customers while building and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Essential Job Functions:

-Design and sell Burglar, Access Control, CCTV, Fire Systems, and Life Style to commercial businesses.
-Develop and call new business prospects.
-Cultivate relationships to secure new customers.
-Create positive ongoing relationships with customers.
-Maintain and increase product sales on existing client base.
-Prepare proposals for customers.
-Educate the customer on our products and services
-Look for opportunities to help the customer by suggesting appropriate services.
-Ability to self generate leads.

  Job Requirements  

Requirements:

-Security sales experience.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
-Maintains professional appearance and provides a positive company image to the public.
-Sedona and Manitou experience helpful.
-Industry knowledge of various Burglar, CCTV, Fire Systems, Life Style and Access Control Systems required.
-Knowledge of the Security industry and Services provided.
-Must have a valid driver?s license in good standing.
-Will require travel to commercial customers.
-High School diploma or equivalent.
