Job Description

A global environmental science company is seeking the right candidate for their Client Service Manager position! This person will be responsible for the leadership and training of client service staff across the three south-Florida facilities. This individual will work in a project management role, as well as oversee the sample-receiving department. The right person for this role will be accustomed to serving as the go-between for customers and laboratory staff, as this role will involve a lot of client interaction and just as much communication with the QA, Lab Management, and Lab Technician staff to coordinate client requests and ensure client satisfaction.   Job Requirements  



MUST have Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Business Administration OR Science-related field)

Five or more years of experience in Client Relations position in Environmental/Science field

Communication skills and customer service experience

Organized, and Self-motived!
