Job Description

Job Title: Call Center Representative
Location: East Windsor, NJ
Hours: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Summary: The Client Service Representative is responsible for responding to inquiries submitted to the support team from either non-profit organizations or by the employees of our clients via phone and email. The goal is to provide exceptional service by providing accurate information in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
• Always be aware of the call queue to ensure calls are being answered within the appropriate amount of time, less than two-minute wait
• Provide timely and accurate resolution to all email support requests within the prescribed one to two business days
• Work with internal staff, including Supervisors and Team Leads to assist in determining resolutions to inquiries
• Disposition every support response with the appropriate Reason Code for reporting purposes
• Properly escalate issues requiring additional action by the Client Management team
• Attend and actively participate in team meetings and/or training sessions
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Assist with testing when requested by Management

  Job Requirements  

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of prior support/customer call center experience
• Superior customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communications skills with ability to articulate a clear and accurate response in a professional manner
• Conflict resolution skills with a caring and courteous demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Able to learn quickly/Coachable
• Computer proficiency and able to learn new software
• Knowledge of MS Excel is a plus
• Knowledge of Zendesk is a plus but not required
