Job Description

Position: Business Process Outsourcing Analyst
Location: Lehigh Valley, PA

Summary:
Responsible for working on implementation projects to support business initiatives within our client's Operations department.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Include implementation duties such as Requirements Gathering, Workflow Design, ITM Design Requirements (specific to implementation), Operational Procedure Development, Test Plan Development and Banking Arrangements (Check 21, ACH, Wire)
• Supports ongoing client operational issues when escalated by specialist employees
• Analyze and conduct root/cause analysis on incidents during implementation process
• Resolves technical and sophisticated support problems by collaborating with other departments
• Recommends business process improvements as it relates to workflow, process and compliance
• Resolve issues in the company's Enterprise Document Management System
• Performs other duties as may be assigned

Job Requirements

Essential Qualifications:
• Proven analytical and problem solving abilities; define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Knowledge of operational methodologies for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain a dedicated team of talented individuals.
• Proven ability to build and sustain change within teams.
• Strong Ideal candidate will have a least three (3) years business process or operational management experience.
• Six Sigma certification a plus.
• client relationships skills as it relates to operational issue resolution.
• Ability to meet changing needs and demands of internal and external clients.
• Strong self-awareness and interpersonal awareness skills.
• Proven record of resourcefulness and good judgment in decision making.
