Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends

Create and publish program related information and documents through SharePoint and Wiki collaboration platforms

Maintain a risk management plan for our client's program

Support the Program Manager and technical team to gather, organize and create information to support program related projects and activities

Compile and gather program workload and other relevant data for planning purposes

Perform requirements gathering working with key stakeholders

Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action

Communicate with customers, competitors, suppliers, professional organizations, or others to stay abreast of industry or business trends

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

6+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in the government services sector

Must have experience with JIRA and Confluence Wiki -- an Agile background is also highly preferred

Familiar with best practice guidelines such as ITIL, CMMI, SAFe and ISO900

Strong understanding of procurement processes and procedures

Previous working history with enterprise knowledge management and collaboration tools

Any previous Quality Assurance experience is a bonus
