Building Automation Support Specialist (Global Support Center)
The Global Support Center is a unique Call Center/Facilities Command Center environment which supports our client's domestic and international Facilities Management objectives. The Global Support Center is staffed continuously, 24 hours •7 days a week to provide continuous coverage of building operations.
The Building Automation Support Specialist will be able to provide support and expertise, operations, and monitoring in all Building Automation and Smart Systems Technology.

•Operates, maintains and trends the Building Monitoring System (BMS) for domestic and international sites which can include HVAC, Lighting, Utility services, Fire Alarm systems, Weather, Miscellaneous equipment statuses.
•Corresponds directly with clients by face to face, electronic, or telephone communications to service client inquiries promptly and with a high level of customer service
•Generates, dispatches and closes out service requests as necessary from the CMMS queue and provides coordination of services through multiple service providers to maintain the integrity and efficiency of building systems and comfort to the building occupants
•Produces clear and professional email correspondences to our clients and facilities management teams with comprehensible summaries of facilities issues
•Arrive to work on time and ready to accomplish assigned tasking and maintain a constant professional image in all job activities and functions

  Job Requirements  

•High School Diploma or Equivalent
•Strong computer competency with the ability to quickly become proficient in new software packages
•Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis placed on proficiency with Word and Excel reporting
•Customer Service experience required
•Understanding of professional Phone Etiquette skills
•Proficiency in typing (>50 words a minute) and experience managing professional email correspondence
•Experience dispatching and corresponding with multiple maintenance activities
