Job Description

Position: Administrative / Data Entry Clerk
Location: Cranbury, NJ

Position Function: Responsible for providing administrative support to the Production Department for our client in the pharmaceutical industry.

Principle duties and responsibilities include:
• Conduct batch record reviews
o Review completed or executed batch records and follow up on errors
o Attach supportive materials to the completed records
o Create and maintain error logs
• Review and maintain equipment and suite logs
• Review and validate completed raw material inventory cards
• Review, validate, and submit monthly logs
o Balance log sheets
o pH meter log sheets
o Ancillary equipment inventory cards

  Job Requirements  


• Education: High School Diploma
• Prior Administrative Clerk experience required; this experience within a pharmaceutical production environment is a plus.
• Knowledge/Skills: Must have good computer skills. Must have good organization and communication skills. Must be a self-starter.
• Mental Requirements: Ability to concentrate for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to perform accurately under stressful conditions to meet deadlines.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time, and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
